Your sales strategy is stuck in PowerPoint. Here is what to do instead.

Most companies are not missing a sales strategy. They have a polished deck, clear goals and good intentions. The problem is that nobody does the work of putting it into practice. Growth does not happen on a slide. It happens in hundreds of conversations.

The difference between knowing and doing

Agreeing on what should be done is easy. The hard part is actually making the calls, following up, handling objections and closing. That takes people, structure and pace. That is where most plans stop.

Build a machine, not a hero effort

Sales that depend on one star salesperson are fragile. Instead, build a process that works no matter who sits in the chair: clear steps, tight follow-up and a pace that holds over time.

  • Define the steps from first contact to signed deal
  • Set activity targets that actually connect to revenue
  • Follow up fast, every time. Slow sales are lost sales

Measure money, not activity

Activity for its own sake feels productive, but it pays no bills. We measure what counts: pipeline, won deals and revenue. The rest is just motion.
