When we recruit people to Brave, we don't need as many applicants as possible. We need the right ones. A job ad tells you little about what it is like to work here. It is almost better if you see for yourself.
So we asked Leira for help.
They wanted to know why
We are picky about who we let get close to Brave. Anyone can film a working day, but actually understanding the culture takes a bit more.
When Jeppe Ørbæk Andersen at Leira came to us with the idea, we noticed he cared little about how Brave could look good. He would rather understand why we work the way we do. So they got a free hand.
A couple of days behind the scenes
They joined us for an ordinary day at the office, with the meetings and discussions that come with it. They came along to the CrossFit session, exactly as it always is. And they were with us at our kick-off at Sommerro, where we had rented a meeting room to plan the next six months.
None of it was staged for the camera. They saw what we actually do, both day to day and when we lay out the plans ahead.
The result
The film shows what it is like here and how we work. If you recognise yourself in what you see, we would like to hear from you.
