Data controller

What data we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we store your name, email address, phone number and your message so that we can respond to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in following up enquiries, see GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The enquiry is sent to us as an email, and we keep it for as long as necessary to follow it up. In addition, we use cookies for statistics and marketing, but only if you consent.

Data processors and recipients

We use a few vendors to run the website: Vercel (operations and hosting), Resend (delivering the contact form as email), Google (statistics and advertising) and Meta (advertising). Google and Meta only receive data if you have consented. Where vendors process personal data on our behalf, we have a data processing agreement in place.

Some of these vendors are based in the US. Transfers are made under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to load statistics and marketing tools. The tools are only activated once you give consent, through Google Consent Mode.

Change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choices at any time. Select Cookie settings to reopen the settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase the data we hold about you. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, request that processing be restricted, and receive a copy of your data (data portability). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
